Information Overload

You’re a high-achiever used to being in control — yet managing your nutrition has become a full-time job. Overwhelming and conflicting information from every direction leaves you feeling stuck. I can help you filter all the information, to help you sustain wellbeing, restore confidence, and finally start nourishing your health so you can thrive.

Testimonials

When I first met with Anna I wasn’t sure what to expect, I wasn’t sure how the sessions could help improve my health, but I knew I needed to do something. I was put at ease very quickly...we talked through my eating and health issues. A number of tests were ordered. Once the results of the tests were received Anna revised a plan of what was needed; a mix between changes in diet and specific supplements that were recommended by Anna. We kept in touch via a number of consultations. Initially there were some quick improvements and then progress over a period of time, after which I started to feel much better, feeling more alert, less agitated, overall feeling healthier, and with much more energy. I eat more healthier now and feel much better for it.

How did I get here and what happens next?

Sustain

From the lab: When I first put on my lab coat as a Biomedical Scientist in laboratory medicine, over 30 years ago, my desire was simple: to help patients. Each day was a deep dive into the complexities of the human body, amidst biopsies and microscopes — I was involved in the intricacies of disease, the importance of precise diagnosis, and the profound impact of biomedical science on patient care. That sustaining commitment has never left me.

Nourish

To nutrition: My work behind the scenes played a critical role in patient diagnosis and treatment, demanding precision, dedication and unwavering commitment to high standards of scientific excellence. During those years I witnessed firsthand the effects of how medicine when combined with diet and lifestyle, can nourish and shape health outcomes.

Restore

To you: Today, over three decades of professional and clinical experience brings together dietetics, nutritional therapy and biomedical science — three disciplines that together allow me to look beyond symptoms and work with you towards understanding what may really be going on. And that’s where restoring your health begins.

Thrive

How I can help: You are supported as a whole person — not just the symptoms. You deserve support that recognises your physical and psychological health too. To complement my scientific and nutrition help, I have been a  mental health volunteer for over 25 years, and I also have qualifications in counselling skills and training in motivational interviewing. So whether you’re navigating a condition, searching for answers, or have just decided that enough is enough and it’s time to get the right help — I’m here, and together we can thrive.
